We champion women students in construction
The main objectives of NAWIC are to offer members education, support, and networking opportunities to help advance their careers in construction, build technical skills, and become leaders. Our membership is comprised of professional women builders in trade, project management, marketing, administration, and executive leadership positions in all related fields.
NAWIC Buffalo Niagara’s scholarship program was created to support and encourage students in the construction industry within our WNY region.

Congratulations to Fall Conference Scholarship Winner – Stacy Miller
Stacy Miller, Director of Training at Merit Alliance Construction Training Center, Inc (MACTI), is our scholarship winner for the 2024 NAWIC Fall Conference in Stowe, Vermont! She joined NAWIC Buffalo Niagara as a member in April of this year and has already demonstrated a passion for empowering women in construction.
2024 SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS
Congratulations to the following recipients of our 3rd annual NAWIC Buffalo Niagara scholarship awards! With the help of our NAWIC chapter membership and supporters, we were able to award 5 young ladies with a $2000 scholarship to continue their education in the construction trades.
