Jaclyn Atkinson

Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc.

Jaclyn Atkinson is a Human Resources Manager at Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc., where she plays a key role in fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture within the construction industry. Jaclyn oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including recruiting, employee benefits, and employee development.

Jaclyn is a returning board member for the 2025-2026 chapter and is an active member in the Work Force Development Committee. Passionate about advocacy and representation, Jaclyn is a vocal supporter of women in construction. 

In her free time, Jaclyn enjoys spending time at the barn, riding horses, and hanging out with her horse, Mick. If not at the barn, you can find Jaclyn outside on her family property or visiting her favorite restaurants with her husband. She is always sure to bring home leftovers for her two dogs, Lilly and Chloe, and her cat, Monte!

Building Z, LLC.

Zulal Cebeci is the founder and owner of Building Z, LLC, a New York State–certified women-owned general contracting firm. As a construction professional and business owner, Zulal leads projects from concept through completion, overseeing pre-construction, construction, and post-construction while working closely with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and industry partners.

In addition to her work in construction, Zulal holds a New York State Real Estate Salesperson license and has a strong interest in real estate development. With a long-term vision of becoming a developer, she continues to expand her experience across construction and real estate with the goal of bringing projects from initial vision through development and construction.

Zulal is a returning board member of the 2026-2027 NAWIC chapter and is passionate about supporting the continued advancement of women in construction. She is committed to fostering professional growth, mentorship, leadership, and greater opportunities for women across all areas of the industry.

Linda D'Agostino

Bison Construction Concrete and Coatings, Inc.

Linda D’Agostino is the Owner and driving force behind Bison Construction Concrete & Coatings Inc., a certified women-led contractor based in Western New York. Under her leadership, Bison CCC has grown from a small family-run operation into a respected and trusted contractor known for quality, integrity, and reliability. As a woman entrepreneur in a male-dominated industry, Linda joined NAWIC to be part of an organization committed to advancing the success of women in construction. Inspired by the support, mentorship, and camaraderie she found among its members, she chose to serve on the board—dedicating her time and experience to helping further NAWIC’s mission and empowering the next generation of women builders.

Brenda Fiscella

Industrial Power and Lighting Corp.

With six years of experience in construction and redevelopment, Brenda thrives on keeping projects organized and teams connected. She is currently a Project Administrator at Industrial Power and Lighting, where she manages daily operations for the Project Management Department. Aside from her duties, Brenda has a strong focus on networking and creating an inclusive environment where people can grow and succeed.

Additionally, Brenda is deeply committed to empowering women in the industry. She proudly serves on the WIC Week and Scholarship Committees, dedicating her time to fostering safe, inviting, and inspiring spaces for current and future women in construction

Emily Hill

Hill Point Scanning

Emily Hill is the founder and owner of Hillpoint Scanning, LLC, a NYS WBE-certified reality capture company serving architects, engineers, contractors, and commercial property owners. Using lidar scanning and drone photogrammetry, she creates dimensionally accurate documentation that keep projects informed from design through construction. Before launching Hillpoint Scanning in 2023, Emily spent over 15 years in manufacturing and quality assurance. Outside of work she's a cyclist, trustee for her local rural cemetery association, volunteer with Chautauqua County 4-H,  and a farm kid at heart. Community is very important to Emily, and she looks forward to supporting the community NAWIC Buffalo Niagara continues to build for women in construction related work in WNY.

Susanne Kelley

EBD Construction Services

Susanne Kelley is VP of Business Development at EBD’s Concrete Cutting & Coring division. With 29 years in the A/E/C industry, she has built strong relationships with contractors, building owners, and regional partners across Western and Upstate New York.

Susanne joined the NAWIC Buffalo Niagara Board of Directors to mentor the next generation of women in construction. Early in her career she had great mentors but saw few women in the industry, and she wants construction to be a welcoming, mainstream career path for women. Her message to newcomers: you belong here. She serves on the Membership and Nominating Committees.

When she's not working, Susanne is usually skiing, hiking, or planning her next adventure, ideally with her adult children along for the ride.

Courtney Leary

Gilbane Building Company

Courtney Leary is a Project Engineer at Gilbane Building Company, where she has been contributing to a range of commercial, residential, and educational projects for over four years. Most recently, she has been part of the team working on the new Buffalo Bills Stadium Project. In addition to her project work, she leads Gilbane’s Upstate New York Women’s Employee Resource Group, empoWer, a role she has held for the past two years. A dedicated NAWIC member, she has actively served on both the WIC Week and Tap Takeover Committees. She is currently completing her master’s degree in construction engineering and management at Clarkson University, with graduation expected in December 2025. As a NAWIC scholarship recipient, she is passionate about empowering and educating women to pursue careers in construction related fields.

Brittany Maciejewski

R.F. Peck

Brittany has been with R.F. Peck for seven years and currently is the Inside Sales Coordinator where she manages the day-to-day operations of the Buffalo Branch. She takes pride in cultivating a supportive and inclusive environment where collaboration, growth, and teamwork thrive. 

In addition to her role at R.F. Peck, Brittany is actively involved in her professional community. She serves as Co-Chair of the Events Committee and is a dedicated member of the WIC Week Committee, helping plan events and initiatives that celebrate women in construction and bring members together. Brittany is passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting others in their personal and professional development.

Kelly Maloney

Uniland Development Company

Kelly has worked in construction management for the past 20 years. Kelly is currently the Director of Construction at Uniland and previously a Senior Project Manager at Gilbane Building Company. Her expertise spans a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, and institutional, where she has successfully managed large-scale new construction and extensive renovation projects to award-winning results.                                                                                      

Kelly has been on the Board for the past 4 years and is truly passionate about helping females learn about the Construction Industry.  She has been the leader of Gilbane’s EmpoWer Employee resource group and dedicates her time to mentoring and helping women navigate their careers and push the limit!  Kelly is currently the Events Committee Co-Chair and loves recruiting more ladies to join in our fun.

Madalyn Murphy

Turner Construction Company

Madalyn has worked in construction management for the past 11+ years. She is a Project Manager with Turner Construction Company and is head of their Women’s Employee Resource Group ‘Women In Boots’ in New York North. Madalyn has served the NAWIC Buffalo Niagara Chapter in various positions since its inception in 2020, including Board Director, Treasurer, and Corresponding Secretary. Madalyn is also a co-chair of the Events Committee, which focuses on creating diverse events for members including personal development, jobsite tours, community engagement, and networking opportunities. Madalyn is passionate about improving representation of women in the construction industry and believes that NAWIC offers a secondary community of peers, mentors, and mentees to connect to.

Jenna Zawodzinski

Iroquois Bar Corp

Jenna works in Vendor Compliance and Accounting at Iroquois Bar Corp., supporting trucking operations through accounting, billing, vendor management, and compliance. She has been with Iroquois for two and a half years and holds a BS in Criminal Justice while currently pursuing a BS in Business Management and Economics with a concentration in Finance at SUNY Empire State University. Jenna joined NAWIC to connect with driven, hardworking women who support one another and are passionate about growing within the construction industry. She serves on the Board of Directors and is involved with the Scholarship, Finance, and Sponsorship Committees, as well as the Construction Exchange Marketing & Events and Education Committees. Outside of work, Jenna is a mom of three and enjoys volunteering throughout the Buffalo community, including with the Buffalo City Mission, Taste of Buffalo, and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. In her free time, she enjoys visiting wineries, listening to true crime podcasts, and spending time with family and friends.
