Megan Radomski-Director
Dolce Panepinto  

 Megan is the Director of Marketing & Business Development for Dolce Panepinto where she has worked for the past 2 years.   She works daily with construction workers in multiple trades in regard to personal injury and workers’ compensation. 

Megan has previously served as the marketing director for WINC (Women Inspired Through Networking & Collaboration) where she created social media strategies and campaigns to help with member engagement. 

Megan is a self-proclaimed foodie, and she used to enjoy food blogging and creating fun reels during her free time. 

Lynn Novo, Director
Nordstrom Williams

Lynn has served the construction industry for more than 12 years.  In 2011, she was hired to be the Project Manager for the renovation and conversion of a waterfront tiki bar into an upscale restaurant and market in Naples. FL. While working with several construction business owners who were struggling to find key employees, she decided to return to WNY and started Nordstrom Williams.  Lynn helps owners and managers of construction, architecture, and engineering firms find and hire the key people to drive their businesses forward. Lynn is a member of the Workforce Task Group for the Construction Exchange of Buffalo and WNY. 

 

Kelley Maloney, NAWIC, National Association of Women in Construction, Buffalo Niagara Chapter 3

Kelley Maloney, Director
Gilbane

Kelly has worked in construction management for the past 19 years. She is a Senior Project Manager at Gilbane Building Company, where she is about to complete the ECMC curtainwall and roofing renovation project. Kelly is a graduate of Ithaca college, where she played on the basketball team.

Kelly has been active with the Rise Up organization, as well as the Construction Exchange of Buffalo.

Sara Wonderling, Director
United Rentals 

Sara has been in the construction industry for almost 8 years.  She was recently promoted to Operations Manager for the general rental location of United Rentals in Williamsville, NY.  This is Sara’s first time serving on a board and she is excited about the new adventure for her professional career. 

Sara is a volunteer in the wildlife department of the Erie County SPCA and has a college degree in Wildlife Science!

Christina Kramarz, NAWIC, National Association of Women in Construction, Buffalo Niagara Chapter 3

Christina Kramarz, Director
JW Danforth

Christina has been in the construction industry for 12 years. She has been the Marketing Manager at JW Danforth for 6 years and is responsible for all marketing initiatives and projects within the company. Her workload is always different, from writing and researching information for multimillion-dollar proposals, to developing marketing materials for trade shows, to creating social media stories and editing presentation content.

Christina is an avid sports fan and Niagara Falls native, where she lives with her husband Kevin and their 3 tuxedo cats – Claude, Pinkie and Kody. She graduated from Niagara University with an MBA focused in Strategic Marketing.

She serves on the following boards and/or committees:

  • NAWIC Buffalo Niagara, Board of Directors and Marketing Committee.
  • Danforth’s Women in Construction Week Committee, since 2020 – planning and organizing the yearly event, apparel order and distribution to all women in the field and office.
  • Niagara University’s Alumni Chapter Committee, since 2017.
  • Joseph Schwartz Memories in Media Scholarship Fund (Niagara Falls High School), developed in 2021.
  • WNY Girls in the Trades Committee, organized with NAWIC Buffalo Niagara, Danforth, and Erie 1 BOCES.
  • Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce, 2016 to 2018 – various committees for galas, golf events and seasonal festivals.
  • Committee member for the Red Kettle Luncheon for the Salvation Army of Buffalo. She was selected to this committee in 2022 and will be on for 2023.

Zulal Cebeci, Director

The LiRo Group

Zulal has been in the construction industry for the past 7 years as a Senior Project Manager. 

She currently has been serving on the committee for The Habitat for Humanity Hammer and Ales Event. 

Z was originally from Turkey and wanted to study in the US. She traveled solo to Texas when she was nineteen years old and ended up at UB for college!
